the Charm of Thai Flavors from the Royal
Palace to Local Cuisine,”
featuring a menu created by Chef
Jamyjames – Teeradon Supaphanpinyo
(Jamyjames). With a contemporary
perspective, he will use prominent
ingredients from Nakhon Pathom province
to create exclusive menus that reflect
the story of Thai food from its cultural
roots to its present-day
flavors.
