OAC Sets Knowledge Management Group

According to the university policy about Knowledge Management, the Office of Arts and Culture jointly established Knowledge Management group to exchange the knowledge and improve operation process especially the communication skill which is important skill for welcoming foreign visitors. The topic that we choose is how to guide in English at the museum. To standardize work, all staff should intensely learn and practice how to speak English through OACs’ executives, historical books, training projects, etc. to gain more knowledge and positiveness in English.
