Royal Marriage 

H.R.H. Prince Yugala Dighambara, Prince of Lopburi who was the first member in the house of “Yugala” married to H.R.H. Princess Chalermkhetra Mangala, the daughter of H.R.H. Prince Bhanurangsri Savangwongse.

H.R.H. Prince Yugala Dighambara, Prince of Lopburi first met H.R.H. Chalermkhetra Mangala at the Wat Benchamabophit or as know as the Marble temple. As Prince Thongthaem Sambassatra told M. C. Poon Pisamai Diskul that,

"... At the fair in Benchamabophit temple, most of young masters wished to meet ladies, but they wouldn't dare enough. So, I had to arrange for that, I sat with these boys in front of the shop and called ladies to receive some gift. Some ladies were very shy because there were young men around here. When H.R.H. Princess Chalermkhetra Mangala came and received the gift from H.R.H. Prince Yugala Dighambara, Prince of Lopburi. She was very pretty and prostrated to the prince, so the prince was pleased that she was the innocuous young lady."

Because of her charming, H.R.H Prince fell in love with the Princess. When H.R.H. Princess Chalermkhetra Mangala was 16 years old, His Majesty King Chulalongkorn was graciously pleased gave a marriage to H.R.H. Prince Yugala Dighambara, Prince of Lopburi and H.R.H. Princess Chalermkhetra Mangala as the royal court's wife on 22nd November 1907.

In this regard, H.R.H. Prince Yugala Dighambara, Prince of Lopburi and H.R.H. Princess Chalermkhetra Mangala had lived a couple lives, and gave birth to three sons, namely H.H. Prince Bhanubandhu Yugala, H.H. Prince Anususara Mongolkara  and H.H. Prince Chalermbala Dighambara.
