Bring Back the Memories with Royal Thai Cuisine Workshop

Suan Sunandha was the large royal court of the royal ladies in King Rama VI, consisting of the consort, daughters, the royal mother, and the concubine of King Rama V. Each royal residence was filled with several activities and works, i.e., flower work, handicrafts, and cuisine work, particularly H.H. Princess Saisavali Bhiromya, Princess Suddhasininart, the former controller of the royal kitchen in the reign of King Rama V. She was accepted as the master of cookery. Therefore, the residence of H.H. Princess seemed like cookery training place for ladies who were the daughters of the royal family and patricians. This can be related by a huge royal kitchen. There were often requests from visitors for having banquets here. The royal kitchen could be separated in many departments and there were the head and head chief who controlled each department. That was the reason why the residence of H.H. Princess became the important royal kitchen which was full of unique cuisines.
