The certificate was presented by Associate Professor Dr. Prueng Kitcharattporn, the Acting President of Phranakhon Rajabhat University, at a ceremony held on August 5, 2025, at Meeting Room 4 on the 2nd floor of the Integrated Learning and Cultural Center Building (Buddhavichalai) at Phranakhon Rajabhat University.
