On the occasion of receiving the "Bhumi Rajabhat Award 2026" from the Council of Arts and Culture of Rajabhat Universities of Thailand. The presentation took place at Khum Kham Luang Hall 1, Khum Kham International Convention Centre, Chiang Mai Province, on December 2, 2025. .The Council of Arts and Culture of Rajabhat Universities of Thailand presented the "Bhumi Rajabhat" Award for the year 2026 to Mr. Krit Thanasombundee to recognize his outstanding achievements and contributions to the field of arts and culture. His nomination was supported by Dr. Peerapol Chatchawan, Director of the Office of Arts and Culture, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

Mr. Krit Thanasombundee is recognized as a recorder and preserver of the "Beauty of Thai Art." Acting as a "Painter of Light," he captures the intricate details of Khon (masked dance), dance dramas, classical dance, and Thai rituals with exquisite craftsmanship. He conveys the beauty of dance gestures, costumes, and the performers' expressions by utilizing light, color, perspective, and composition to emphasize "artistic emotion" rather than creating simple documentary photography.
