On February 4, 2026, Dr. Peerapol Chatchawan, Director of the Office of Arts and Culture, was designated by Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, to attend the opening ceremony of the 24th Higher Education Art and Culture Festival. The event, themed "Following the Artistic Footsteps to the City of 134 Years of Thai Teacher Training Foundations," brought together 97 higher education institutions nationwide at Phranakhon Rajabhat University. Executives and staff from the Office of Arts and Culture also attended the ceremony.

On this occasion, Professor Dr. Supachai Pathumnakul, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), designated Mrs. Watanasophee Suksaard, Advisor on Higher Education Strategy and Planning, to preside over the opening ceremony. Associate Professor Dr. Pruang Kijratporn, Acting President of Phranakhon Rajabhat University, welcomed all participants to the event.
