August 7, 2026.
The objectives of
this collaboration are to coordinate
arts and culture cooperation with
partner networks; to develop and promote
Thai values; to uphold the institutions
of nation, religion, and monarchy; and
to apply the philosophy of sufficiency
economy to develop organizations from
the community to the international
level. This includes exchanging
knowledge, integrating cultural
disciplines into research and creative
work with networks, and promoting
personnel, researchers, local scholars,
and cultural networks to create
innovations from artistic wisdom. The
aim is to develop cultural knowledge for
academic services, create added value,
and further develop local wisdom. To
promote and support platforms for
showcasing works and products derived
from local wisdom to the creative
economy, and to organize arts and
cultural activities in collaboration
with partner networks to build a strong
foundation in arts and culture. This
involves leveraging diversity to present
culture through soft power, and jointly
developing a data system and database to
promote arts and cultural activities
that are recognized at national and
international levels. (Location:
