Her Royal Highness Princess of King Rama V
After the passing away of King Rama IV, Royal Princess Sunandha Kumariratana received new titles with elevated royal ranks as Her Royal Highness Princess, the sister of King Rama V. She then was the first Queen consort of King Rama V and the King's other two Queen consorts were her full-sibling younger sisters, Her Royal Highness Pricess Savang Vadhana and Her Royal Highness Saovabha Bhongsi.
