The Office of Arts and Culture presented the academic talk on ‘Suan Sunandha Cuisine Fair’ on 22 – 24 July 2022, which was led by food specialists. The schedule was as follows;
22 July 2022 (10 a.m. – 12 a.m.)
‘The Communication through Contemporary Media’ by Mr. Wannasak Sirilar (the Outstanding Contemporary Artist Award and Silpathorn Award 2020), SSRU curators and lecturers of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts.
23 July 2022 (1.30 p.m. – 2.30 p.m.)–
‘The. Oustandstanding Thai Food in Contemporary Media’ by Mr. Napatsaran Mitthiraroj or Takhan Phasakorn, the famous Thai actress, and host of Tuengpriktuengkhing program.
24 July 2022 (1.30 p.m. – 2.30 p.m.)
‘Royal Thai Cuisine in Rattanakosin Era’ by Chef McDang or M.L. Sirichalerm Svasti, the famous TV program host, speaker, columnist, and food consultant.
