His Royal Highness Prince Yugala Dighambara, Prince of Lopburi, the son of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn and H.R.H princess Saisavali Bhiromya, Princess Suddhasininart was born on March 17, 1882. He had three younger sisters with the rhyming names. [Yugala Dighambara, (His Royal Highness Prince Yugala Dighambara, Prince of Lopburi), Nabhachorn Chamras Sri (H.R.H.Princess Nabhachorn Chamras Sri), Malini Nobhadara (H.R.H. Malini Nobhadara, Princess of Sri Sajanalaya) and Nibha Nobhadol (H.R.H.Prince Nibha Nobhadol, Princess of Udong)]
His Royal Highness Prince Yugala Dighambara, Prince of Lopburi, received primary education in both Thai and English at the royal court. Afterward, His Majesty King Chulalongkorn sent him to study at the University of Cambridge, England. He graduated with honors in the Master's degree of Arts. He then returned to Thailand in 1949 when he was 24 years old.
H.R.H. Prince Yugala Dighambara, Prince of Lopburi, started working as a civil service in the Department of Local Administration, the Ministry of Interior, during the year 1910 – 1915. King Rama VI appointed him to work at Nakhon Si Thammarat county, the southern region of Siam, where his office located in Songkhla. H.R.H. Prince Yugala Dighambara, Prince of Lopburi, was the first master and the only master who was the representation of King Rama VI as the county supervisor in Nakhon Si Thammarat County. He also worked in the regent position commanding in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Pattani in 1915 - 1925. He had lived in the southern region for 15 years.
In 1925, King Rama VII elevated his new title as “H.R.H. Prince Yugala Dighambara, Prince of Lopburi.” He received 50,000 feudal, and in the same year, King Rama VII appointed him to hold the position in Chancellor of the Ministry of Interior next to Chao Phraya Yommarat (Pan Sukhum). In the year 1930, he was President Advisor to the King.
H.R.H. Prince Yugala Dighambara, Prince of Lopburi, who was the first member in the house of “Yugala” married to H.R.H. Princess Chalermkhetra Mangala, the daughter of H.R.H. Prince Bhanurangsri Savangwongse.
In this regard, H.R.H. Prince Yugala Dighambara, Prince of Lopburi, and H.R.H. Princess Chalermkhetra Mangala had lived a couple of lives, and gave birth to three sons, namely H.H. Prince Bhanubandhu Yugala, H.H. Prince Anususara Mongolkara, and H.H. Prince Chalermbala Dighambara.
