    • Topic: Sharing the culinary wisdom of the Suan Sunandha Court.
    • Hands-on Practice: "Yum O-Lan" (Grand Spicy Salad) from the authentic royal recipe book of Mae Jangnet of Suan Sunandha Palace.
    • Led by: Experts from the Office of Arts and Culture, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
  • "Invention of Nakhon Pathom's New Dish" Training (June 21, 2026 | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
    • Topic: Elevating local ingredients for commercial culinary development.
    • Hands-on Practice: "Nakhon Chaisri Pomelo Salad with Grilled River Prawn," elevating native produce into a contemporary masterpiece.
    • Led by: Mr. Teeradon Supapunpinyo (Chef JamyJames).

3. Cooking Competition: "Nam Phrik Khlong Yong" (June 21, 2026 | Starts at 1:00 PM)

    • Khun Yupa Sonto: Representative of the Bang Chang Community and reviver of Bang Chang food culture and chili paste.
