OAC Demonstrates how to make Som Choon at TAT
On March 29th, the Office of Arts and Culture, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University was invited to demonstrate fruit carving and how to make Som Choon (Thai Summer fruit dessert of Lychee, Green Mango, Young Ginger in Jasmine, Bitter Orange, and Pandan-Scented Sweet and Salty Syrup, Topped with Grilled Shallots, Peanuts and Roasted Coconut) at press conference of Songkran festival with new normal idea (กิจกรรม สงกรานต์ ริน รด พรม ใส่หน้ากาก ไม่สาดน้ำ Amazing ยิ่งกว่าเดิม) which was held by Tourism Authority of Thailand.
