Those interested can attend the academic seminar on the topic "Old Bowls Tell Stories of Taste," featuring:
- Mr. Anusorn Tipayanon, writer, food activist, and commentator on the "Yokphon Khon Namprik" program on Thai PBS television;
- Assistant Professor Jutamas Mulawong, food scholar and lecturer in the Home Economics Department, Faculty of Science and Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University;
- Ms. Yupapa Sonto, representative of the Bang Chang community, who is revitalizing Bang Chang food and chili paste culture.
The seminar will be moderated by Mr. Somrit Luechai, a scholar in the history and culture of Southeast Asia.
